Kris Anderson Small’s workshop focused primarily on very experimental forms of poster and type-making. I found myself drawn to his use of strong, contrasting, yet complimentary colours and bold lettering that I wanted to introduce into my own practice. Small’s workshop was incredibly valuable, as it prompted me to experiment with and implement texture within my work, as well as experiment with various assets.
