Inspired by and utilising Robertino Zambrano’s resources and audio clips, I was tasked to create a 5-6 second motion graphic. I initially picked out the “Hoops” audio clip, as I found myself already visualising an animation while listening to the sound. With some brainstorming and effort, I put together a motion graphic utilising my previous knowledge of the After Effects software and new, intriguing skills I learned from Robertino. Some techniques within the animation include experimenting with keyframes, easy ease and speed/value graphs, altering paths, 3D elements, inbuilt effects and presents for shapes and text, and utilising adjustment layers to help add an extra layer of polish to the animation.
